Pain Assessment

Introduction

Why You Should Take This Assessment

Pain is one of the most common reasons that people seek medical attention. When pain is severe, it can make it hard to function. Many physical conditions including injury, arthritis, and fibromyalgia can cause pain. Psychological factors, like stress or unconscious conflict, can worsen or even cause pain. Whether pain is from a physical or a psychological cause or both, pain is REAL.

Take this assessment to better understand how your pain hampers your daily activities and, most importantly, to get some ideas of how to lessen your pain and stop it from coming back.
