Exercise: Personal stories |
One of the best ways to learn about the benefits of exercise -- and get excited about it -- is to hear successfully active people talk about what motivates them. The following stories give a couple of examples of how an exercise plan can be carried out. There are unlimited options, and you should find the one that works best for you, just as these two have done. In addition to reading these stories, you should ask similar questions of active people you know. In all likelihood, they will be more than willing to help you get started.
