Okay, folks. This one requires user participation. Here’s how it works:

1. Send us your best healthy grilling recipe, with ingredients, proper measurements, and cooking instructions. The first 30 people who send a recipe will receive a $10 gift certificate and their recipe will automatically be entered in our next contest, with a chance to win a $200 gas card!
2. Next month we’ll ask you to try the recipes from this contest. The person who submitted the one that receives the most nominations for Best Recipe will get a $200 gas card.

Who is eligible?

This contest is open to all U.S. residents, unless otherwise restricted in these rules. No purchase is necessary. This contest is sponsored by A.D.A.M., Inc. Void where prohibited. A.D.A.M., Inc. employees and non-U.S. residents are not eligible.

How do you submit your entry?

There are 2 ways to submit your recipe -- by email or regular mail.

To submit by email:

• Send an email with the following subject line: Best Healthy Grilling Recipe Contest

• Include the following in the email: your recipe, including ingredients, measurements, and cooking instructions; your first and last name, email address, street address, and a phone number where we can reach you.

• Email your entry to: contest@adamcorp.com

To submit by regular mail:

• Include your recipe, including ingredients, measurements, and cooking instructions; your first and last name, street address, and a phone number where we can reach you.

• Mail to: Editorial Director, Best Healthy Grilling Recipe Contest, A.D.A.M. Inc, 10 10th Street NE, Suite 500, Atlanta GA, 30309

We will use your phone number to contact you in the event you win our next contest. Your address is needed to mail the prize. We will NOT use your phone number or address for any other reason.

All entries must be submitted by August 15, 2009.

How will the winner be selected and notified?

Everyone who enters a complete recipe will receive a $10 gift certificate and automatically be eligible to receive a free $200 gas card in next month’s contest.

All entries must have the following criteria:

1. Your entry was received by the deadline.

2. You include your recipe, with ingredients, measurements, and cooking instructions.

3. Your recipe must be your own, or a family recipe.

The A.D.A.M. editorial team will determine which entries meet all of the above criteria to be entered in our next contest, when readers will help judge which entry is the Best Recipe. Our decisions are final. A.D.A.M. will mail the winners an affidavit of eligibility. Upon receipt of the affidavit, A.D.A.M. will mail your gift certificate to the address provided.
