In our last contest, we tested your health IQ. Now we want to see how your kids stay healthy. Send us their drawings of healthy activities. Submissions can be about anything from sports to fun on the playground to bike riding. And the drawings don’t have to come from your children. Kids of any age can enter!

The child should include a brief description of the drawing, telling us about the activity and how it contributes to good health. If we select your entry, we’ll publish the drawing online and send you a free iPod touch. Don’t worry about whether your children (or you) draw well. The most important thing is to draw something that shows people participating in a fun, healthy activity.

Who is eligible?

This contest is open to all U.S. residents, unless otherwise restricted in these rules. No purchase is necessary. This contest is sponsored by A.D.A.M., Inc. Void where prohibited. A.D.A.M., Inc. employees and non-U.S. residents are not eligible.

How do you submit your entry?

There are two ways to submit your drawing -- by email or regular mail.

To submit by email:

• Scan the drawing, save it as a jpeg file (maximum file size: 10 mb), and attach it to an email with the following subject line: Healthy drawing contest.

• Include the following in the email: a jpeg image of the drawing, a brief description of the activity and how it contributes to good health, the parent’s first and last name, email address, street address, and a phone number where we can reach you.

• Email your entry to: contest@adamcorp.com.

To submit by regular mail:

• Include the drawing, a brief description of the activity and how it contributes to good health, the parent’s first and last name, street address, and a phone number where we can reach you.

We will use your phone number to contact you in the event you win. Your address is needed to mail the prize. We will NOT use your phone number or address for any other reason.

All entries must be submitted by February 29, 2008.

How will the winner be selected and notified?

We will pick one winner. The winner will receive an iPod touch. The winning entry will be selected based on the following criteria:

1. Your entry was received by the deadline.

2. Your drawing clearly shows people participating in a healthy activity.

3. You include a brief description of the activity and how it contributes to good health.

4. Your entry inspires others to start doing healthy activities in their own lives.

The A.D.A.M. editorial team will determine which entry bests meet these criteria, and our decisions are final. A.D.A.M. will mail the winner an affidavit of eligibility. Upon receipt of the affidavit, A.D.A.M. will mail your prize to the address provided.
